Winning place for Mitsubishi Electric VRF
UK: Mitsubishi Electric VRF air conditioning was considered the best bet to provide the right conditions at the hq of one of the world’s biggest online gambling companies.
Air conditioning installation specialist Coolair Equipment has successfully delivered the cooling and heating package for Bet365’s new state-of-the-art, three-story office in Stoke-on-Trent.
The contract with SES Engineering Services, worth almost £1m, involved supplying and installing 18 Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery systems for the office spaces and its 3,000 employees. All systems were connected to a centralised control system linked to the company’s building management system.
Coolair also installed 12 twin DX Mitsubishi Electric split systems to cool all the server rooms, and a further 21 single DX split systems for the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) rooms, security lodge and equipment room.
As an accredited Business Solutions Partner of Mitsubishi Electric, Coolair also signed an annual maintenance agreement that includes a seven-year warranty on all the systems.
