Engineer dies after ac explosion

INDIA: An engineer is reported to have died following an air conditioner explosion in Chennai.

The Times of India reports that the 21-year-old died of head injuries after he fell from the third floor of a building following the explosion. Police suspect that the man, working on the condensing unit, over-pressurised the system.
