Lu-Ve appoints director of new OEM division

Ampezzan-1
Michele Ampezzan

ITALY: Heat exchanger manufacturer Lu-Ve Group has appointed Michele Ampezzan as sales director of its OEM products business unit.

The OEM products business unit was formed prior to the company’s recent stock market listing in an effort to strengthen Lu-Ve’s organisational structure. The other two units are air-cooled products and close control air conditioning.

Michele Ampezzan will have responsibility for products manufactured in the Lu-Ve group factories of SEST SpA in Italy, SEST-LU-VE Poland, SEST-LUVE Russia, SEST-LUVE China, HTS in the Czech Republic and TGD in Italy.

The OEM Products business unit constructs and sells static evaporators for refrigerated counters and cabinets; heat exchangers for a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration applications; and glass doors and closing systems for commerical, industrial and domestic refrigeration equipment.

Ampezzan, who is 41 years old, has gained solid sales experience in leading companies in the electronic components and eyewear sectors. He has been with Lu-Ve Group since 2009, making a crucial contribution to the growth of SEST where he has been managing both sales and marketing. He also took on responsibility for TGD products in 2014 and successively, in 2015, for HTS products too.

Matteo Liberali, CEO of Lu-Ve Group, said: “This is a very positive time for us and it will lead on to further significant growth. The first step was the listing on the stock market: this is the result of our hard work in recent years but it represents above all an acceleration of our development plans. The appointment of Michele Ampezzan to this new role is part of the global reorganization of Lu-Ve Group, conceived and implemented to achieve our new national and international strategic objectives.”
