Artus Air supports British Land’s sustainable HQ

UK: Ninety-five Artus Air hybrid fan coil units are being installed at British Land’s new London head office at 20 Triton Street, Regent’s Place.

Artus Air AR75 and AR60 units will be installed throughout the open plan workspaces, executive offices and meeting rooms across the two-floor 40,000ft2 space. The majority of the order is for the larger capacity AR75 units. The AR60s will mostly be used in meeting rooms.

The 20 Triton Street redevelopment is a nine-storey office and laboratory building within the 13-acre Regent’s Place campus, a mixed-use business, retail and residential quarter on the north side of Euston Road.

A key objective of the project brief was to minimise both embodied and operational carbon while future-proofing the building for low carbon strategies. This included the use of water-based cooling and compatibility with heat pump systems to support long-term sustainability goals.

Delivering heating and cooling in commercial and residential spaces, the Artus fully packaged range is made up of the 600mm x 600mm x 200mm high AR60 and the 730 x 730 x 300 high AR75.
