Systemair to supply world’s largest airport

SWEDEN: Systemair is to supply 531 air handling units and 5,630 fan coils to the world’s largest airport currently under construction in Turkey.
The €9.5m order, which includes Systemair’s FL NG air handling units, is destined for Istanbul’s third airport under construction in Arnavutköy district of Istanbul.
One of the largest ever infrastructure projects in the Turkish Republic, it will be the largest airport in the world, with six runways and the capability to handle 150 million passengers per year.
The project will be staged in four phases and the first new airport phase will be opened during 2018.
