Daikin adds smaller capacity Altherma R32 Monoblocs

BELGIUM: Daikin Europe has launched smaller capacity versions of its Altherma R32 Monobloc heat pump.

Launched in 2020 in classes ranging from 9kW to 16kW, the Altherma Monobloc is now available in 4kW, 6kW and 8kW sizes for smaller dwellings. Daikin says these latest models now complete its R32 monobloc heat pump range.

This unit includes a built-in wiring centre and all hydraulic components, as well as a back-up heater as an option.

Measuring 770mm high x 1,250mm wide x 362mm deep, it can easily fit under any window and since there is no indoor unit, it’s ideal for homes where space is limited.

The Daikin Altherma 3 M has also been given an upgrade, with a white front grille made of horizontal lines, hiding the fan from view.

The new Daikin Altherma 3 M replaces the existing 5kW and 7kW R401A model.
