Lu-Ve updates the AlfaBlue

ITALY: Lu-Ve has introduced a third generation version of its AlfaBlue heavy-duty gas coolers for air conditioning and refrigeration applications.

Designed for use with CO2 as a single refrigerant, AlfaBlue gas coolers are available for both horizontal and vertical installation in single or dual fan row.

Enhanced performance is achieved thanks to its optimised coil with high-efficiency louvred fin pattern. The design’s small diameter tubes and turbo aluminium fins are said to provide excellent heat transfer at minimal refrigerant charge. Circuiting design is also fully optimised to the thermodynamic properties of CO2.

Available fin spacings of 2.1 and 1.8mm, with 2.5 mm available as an option, the design includes K65 headers with stainless steel connection for easy on-site welding.

The casing and frame are manufactured with corrosion resistant pre-galvanized steel, epoxy coated white RAL 9003 on both sides.

High efficiency AC or EC fan motors are offered in fan diameters of 800, 910, 950 and 1000mm.

Manufactured exclusively in Italy, the cooler’s compact footprint makes it ideal for tight spaces.
