Mitsubishi Electric water cooled chiller on R1234ze

ITALY: The new i-FX2-W-G04 inverter-driven water cooled chiller from Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems utilise low GWP HFO refrigerant R1234ze.

The new chillers cover a range from 400kW to 1.245kW, with all sizes using VSD compressors on two completely independent refrigerant circuits. Also included are electronic expansion valves, high performing shell and tube condenser and shell and tube hybrid (flooded/falling film) evaporators.

Standard unit can produce leaving water temperature up to 18°C on the evaporator side and up to 52°C on the condenser side. An HWT kit allows units to reach condenser water temperature up to 72°C, while the LT kit achieves evaporator leaving water temperatures up to -8°C.
