TF offers new tools range

Black-Diamond-cone-flaring-toolUK: Distributor TF Solutions has introduced a new range of ten Black Diamond tools .

The tools, which are said to have been designed to offer exceptional ease of use for engineers, include a tube cutter, expander, bender, flaring tool and a manifold gauge.

Featuring a patented spring design and a titanium ball-bearing blade to improve durability and product life span, the new Black Diamond tube cutter range is available in three sizes: small (3/16in-⅞in), medium (⅛-1¼in) and large (⅜in-2⅝in).

The all-in-one tube expander set includes a sought after ¼in expander head, offering a good solution for engineers as it avoids the need for hand swaging tools or fittings on site.

Also included within the new product line up is a multi-size tube bender set boasting patented degree indicators to give perfect angles, while reverse adapters perform downward and upward bends with ease. In addition, engineers will be able to choose from a new eccentric cone flaring tool featuring a positioning device for optimum accuracy and a lightweight aluminium body and titanium for increased strength.

The manifold gauge offers clear black dials and anodised fittings with stain-resistant black hoses, whilst a quick action tube bender promises to create perfect U-bends in the pipe thanks to a patented quick action dual-hinge.

“Having seen these tools at a European trade show I was immediately taken by the striking looks, quality build and above all the uniqueness of the features on each of the products,” commented TF Solutions director Andy Cherrill. “Since then we have spent months testing and trialling the tools, and giving some of our customers the opportunity to try them for themselves.”

The tools, which are backed by a two-year warranty, are said to have been enthusiastically  received. “We’ve received some really positive feedback with some customers even trying to buy our samples from the trade counters and we’re really excited to launch them into the UK market this summer,” said Andy Cherrill.

The tool range will be available from next month.
