Adaptation 2027 call for abstracts
16th June 2026
UK: The organiser of Adaptation 2027, the 2nd IIR International Conference on Refrigeration Adapting to Rising Temperatures, has issued a call for abstracts.
Abstracts that present case studies, innovations, research, and expert insights on the intersection of refrigeration technology and climate adaptation are invited for the conference which is scheduled to take place in Birmingham next March.
The organiser seeks contributions that align with the themes of managing risk, environmental, social and governance, and the future landscape of RACHP.
Closing date for abstracts is August 10.
Organised by the Institute of Refrigeration, and taking place from 8 to 10 March, the event will comprise two days of presentations, workshops and short course and one day of topical conference tours.
As rising temperatures and intensifying heatwaves put unprecedented pressure on cooling systems, Adaptation 2027 will showcase the innovations, technologies, and strategies needed to ensure the global RACHP industry can be resilient.
