HPA UK lines up first conference

UK: Tickets are now on sale for HPA UK’s first annual conference since its formation in January from the merger of the three main UK heat pump associations.

Taking place on 2 December at the British Library in London, the conference takes the theme of Driving the heat pump market: From ambition to delivery.

The conference is expected to bring together policymakers, manufacturers, installers, and industry leaders from across the sector to discuss how the UK can accelerate heat pump deployment and turn ambition into action.

Paul Kenny, director general of the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA), has been confirmed as a keynote speaker. He will be joined by a line-up of speakers from across government and industry, including representatives from the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, Madeleine Gabriel (Nesta), Laura Sandys CBE (chair of Electrify Industry) and Ashley Southgate (UK Power Network).

Through a programme of presentations and panel discussions covering the optimisation of heat pumps in residential, commercial and industrial applications, attendees will explore the practical steps needed to scale heat pump adoption across the UK.

Tickets are available now via Eventbrite, with an early bird discount available until the 5 August with code HPAUKEARLY26.
