Parts Town offers F-gas Category 1 training

UK: Spare parts distributor Parts Town UK is to offer F-gas Category 1 (FCAT1/Course 2079-11) courses at its training facility in Cannock.

The five-day F-gas course in handling fluorinated gases is required by those carrying out installation, maintenance or servicing equipment containing refrigerants. 

On successful completion, candidates will receive the relevant City & Guilds qualification/certificate.

Parts Town UK’s Training Division offers a comprehensive range of training courses for service technicians working in commercial kitchen environments. This Includes manufacturer-approved training from the leading OEM brands in the industry including Rational, Hobart and Merrychef, as well as technical training for gas and electric equipment. 

Parts Town’s state-of-the-art facilities replicate the commercial kitchens and refrigeration spaces that service technicians will see in the field. Training is provided by an experienced team of professional trainers who have previously worked in domestic, commercial and industrial environments.
