Andy Reed to retire

UK: Andy Reed, commercial director of TF Solutions, is set to take early retirement after 40 years in the industry.

Reed began his career at Grenco as a contracts engineer in 1983, leaving after six years to join Dean & Wood as technical sales director. In 1996, he moved over to Danfoss – at that time Dean & Wood’s owner – as sales director. During over 16 years at Danfoss, he was promoted to vice president of sales in 2001, before becoming global head of sales in 2005. In 2012, he rejoined Dean & Wood as business director. After six months at LG in 2016, Reed joined TF Solutions as commercial director.

A Fellow of the Institute of Refrigeration, Andy Reed announced his decision on LinkedIn. “I have been truly blessed throughout my career, working for only five great companies, travelling the world, experiencing and enjoying so many cultures, and learning every day. I’ve been very fortunate to meet many, many good people, and am proud of all those who I can call a friend,” he writes.
