Arcus FM buys controls company BEMS

UK: Facilities management company Arcus FM has acquired Berkshire-based controls specialist BEMS Ltd.
Incorporated in 2007, BEMS specialises in real-time technology controls services, using a range of manufacturers’ products to provide modern, efficient and user-friendly building energy management systems.
The acquisition follows a three-year partnership between the two companies and enables Arcus FM to offer a comprehensive building and energy management consultancy service.
Arcus FM says that it will mean estates can be surveyed by subject matter experts in disciplines such as refrigeration, HVAC, energy, carbon and waste management.
