Coldtech acquired by Nene Capital

UK: Bristol-based refrigerated coldroom and cabinet maintenance company Coldtech Services has been acquired by UK investment company Nene Capital.
Coldtech Services Ltd was established in 2012, as an extension of its established electrical contracting business.
In the ensuing years, Coldtech Services has worked for a number of big names including Tesco, Marks & Spencers, Morrisons, Boots and Lidl. The company is also a UK wide fabric repair provider for Tesco Stores and City FM and offers a full in-house cabinet refurbishment programme to support City FM, with its nationwide Marks & Spencer contract.
The company will continue under its established name.
