Ex-CESA chairman Frost joins Hoshizaki

Simon Frost: joining Hoshizaki UK

UK: Hoshizaki UK has appointed Simon Frost as director, sales and chain accounts to replace Paul Anderson.

Anderson is stepping down from the role he acceded to at the end of last year after more than six years with the company.

The immediate past chairman of the Catering Equipment Suppliers’ Association (CESA), Simon Frost has over 30 years of industry experience. This includes nearly seven years at Falcon Foodservice Equipment, latterly as national sales manager, and over nine years as sales director at Manitowoc UK. More recently, he has worked as UK country manager for warewashing equipment company Wexiodisk and, latterly, Monika, who major in wireless temperature monitoring equipment for the foodservice industry.

Simon will work closely with Steve Loughton who was recently appointed as Director, UK & Ireland.

Ahead of his start date on March 15, Simon Frost commented: “As Hoshizaki and Gram now operate under one united corporate identity and the business continues to scope out its UK growth, I am joining at a time of exciting opportunity. With the support of our experienced field and office teams and an exceptional portfolio of category leading products, I know I can make a significant contribution to the future of the company.”
