Figgins rejoins Kooltech as national service manager

UK: Harrison Figgins has rejoined air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump distributor Kooltech as national service manager.

Figgins first joined Kooltech in 2022 as a technical support engineer after five years in contracting. He briefly returned to contracting in November last year, but now rejoins Kooltech with responsibility for the site services and after-sales support function.

Having previously played a pivotal role in shaping and developing Kooltech’s site services and after-sales division, Figgins now takes overall responsibility for the team, with a focus on strengthening engineering resources, enhancing contractor support, and refining site service standards across the UK.

Commenting on Figgins re-appointment, Kooltech’s national business support manager Chris Wilding said: “His technical knowledge, combined with a thorough understanding of our customers, the Mitsubishi Electric product range and our company culture, makes him ideally placed to lead the next stage of our after-sales development.”
