HSS acquires All Seasons Hire for £11.4m

hss-logoUK: Tool hire company HSS has acquired All Seasons Hire, one of the leading UK hvacr hire companies, for £11.4m.

All Seasons, which achieved revenues of £4.9m last year, specialises in the supply and installation of temporary, large-scale heating and cooling equipment and backup cooling equipment for use by facilities including data centres.

All Seasons also offers smaller scale commercial air conditioning and heating equipment. Headquartered in Andover, the business has satellite operations in Dartford and Birmingham. The business delivers products and services nationwide throughout the UK and Ireland; however it also has a strong relationship partners in large parts of Europe including Holland, Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

HSS says the All Seasons brand will be retained and managing director Kelvin Fogwill will continue to lead the business for HSS.
