Incoming president tackles digitalisation and AI

UK: The incoming IoR president, Lisa-Jayne Cook, will give her presidential address on the impact of digitalisation and AI for the heating and cooling sector on November 5.

The talk will cover the technology, and its effect on the industry, while identifying current skill gaps and future opportunities for the sector.

The talk will be given at the Park Crescent Conference Centre, 229 Great Portland St, London W1W 5PN and will also be accessible live online. Register for your free place here

Lisa-Jayne Cook FInstR, takes on the presidency of the Institute of Refrigeration from November 2024. She has worked in the RACHP sector for over 22 years and in this time has moved from airside product design to complete system design. Currently sales manager, key accounts at the GEA Group, Cook is also a member of the Air Conditioning Refrigeration Industry Board (ACRIB), and an active STEM Ambassador.
