Kooltech makes key new appointments

UK: Air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump distributor Kooltech has created three new roles within its business to help drive growth and strengthen its service to customers.

Alex Bendle joins the company as national training manager to design and deliver sales and operational training programmes. He was previously employed for 11 years at car hire company SIXT, latterly as sales performance manager.

Joining the company from Airedale is Craig Smith, who takes up the position of influenced sales manager.

With more than 16 years in the HVAC industry, Smith has extensive experience in system design, technical support, and sales, particularly with VRF and ASHP solutions.

At Kooltech, he will work closely with consultants, local authorities, and key stakeholders to deliver tailored technical and project-based solutions.

Finally, David James has joined as national M&E sales manager. James has over 17 years of experience in the M&E sector, having worked across compliance, contracting, wholesale, and national sales management.

At Kooltech, he will focus on strengthening the company’s relationships with M&E contractors and growing its commercial heating business nationwide.
