Lisa Ashworth appointed BSRIA CEO

UK: Lisa Ashworth has been appointed as the new CEO of the UK research and information body BSRIA from June 1.

She replaces Julia Evans who is retiring after 10 years in the role.

Ashworth has a wealth of experience in leading technology-based data and information businesses in a career marked by leading roles at organisations such as the Financial Times, PR Newswire and Frost and Sullivan.

She spent the last two years as senior partner at Red Dog Consulting, a middle-market business development and merger and acquisition consultancy. Prior to that Ashworth was four years as CEO at Revoo (now Feefo), the consumer reviews and feedback business.

“Lisa brings a wealth of experience and new energy. Not only has she spent her career in the data, information, and research arena, her strong track record includes scaling commercial operations internationally,” said BSRIA chairman Chris Harty. “Her experience makes her an ideal leader for BSRIA as it embarks on its next phase of development.”
