Mitsubishi Ecodan owners offered cheaper rate

UK: Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan heat pump users could save over £200 a year by switching to energy supplier OVO’s Heat Pump Plus energy rate.

Under the new partnership, OVO customers with an Ecodan air-source heat pump could heat their homes for 15p/kWh, compared to the average standard variable rate tariff cost of 21.29p/kWh.

Grainne Regan, OVO’s head of heat said: “We are committed to making heat pumps more accessible and supporting customers in their switch. Together with Mitsubishi Electric we are working to reward customers for making greener choices and encouraging others to do the same.”
