New cold store rental company launched

Cold-Store-Rental

HumidiskUK: Ex-ICS and Viessmann man Steve Prior has launched a new company, Cold Store Rentals.

As a specialist food and hospitality refrigeration company,  Cold Store Rentals intends to provide bespoke cold stores for rental, rent-to-buy, or purchase. The firm has a complete range of bespoke, modular build, chilled and frozen rooms to suit virtually any application. All are fully weather-proofed so can be used outside, typically either for events or situations where indoor space is at a premium.

Steve Prior: “listened to customer frustrations”

Steve Prior explains: “My colleagues and I had listened to customer frustrations for many years, and so have created an offer to make life much easier for busy food industry executives. Between Cold Store Rental’s founders, we have 125 years of combined industry knowledge, and we believe our offer to be unique in the market.”

Cold Store Rentals specialises in quick and easy installations for short term (one day to three months), medium term (three to twelve months), and long-term rentals (three to five years), as well as equipment leasing and sales.

“In the lead up to our public launch, we have already created a custom-built cold room to an award-winning inn in the Cotswolds, another to a microbrewery in Abingdon, as well as a large pharmaceutical installation in Birmingham,” said Prior. “We are excited to be giving valuable help to those in the food industry, and others such as pharmaceuticals and distribution, with cold store issues.”

CSR Ltd will also offer a large range of upright and point of sale fridges and freezers for both sale and rental.
