Panasonic signs S&M deal with British Gas

UK: Panasonic has entered into a partnership with UK energy supplier British Gas to provide servicing and maintenance for Panasonic’s Aquarea air-source heat pumps. 

The British Gas engineers are said to have completed comprehensive, hands-on training, equipping them with the skills necessary for maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of Aquarea heat pumps. 

Enrique Vilamitjana, Managing Director, Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe, stated, “We want to ensure our customers can access reliable and experienced service engineers no matter where they are in the country. 

“This agreement underscores our commitment to ensuring our customers enjoy the full benefits of our innovative heating solutions, with the reassurance that comes from knowing they will have trusted and reliable support for future servicing and maintenance,” he added.

Responding, British Gas Services MD Mark Berryman commented: “Our partnership with Panasonic allows us to leverage our extensive network of skilled engineers to ensure that homeowners across the UK can benefit from cutting-edge heat pump technology.”
