PCB adds a Diamond

UK: Coatbridge-based Diamond Air Conditioning has been sold to PCB Technical Solutions, a part of the Polish FM group Sescom.
Founded in 2007 by William Drummond and Brian Boyd, Diamond is an HVAC specialist which designs systems for clients across Scotland and the North of England.
The acquisition will enable PCB, which is based in High Wycombe, but operates nationally, to significantly expand its geographical scope.
PCB, which specialises in commercial and retail HVAC and mechanical projects, was itself acquired by Sescom, a Polish retail-focused technical facilities management group, in 2023.
