Samsung extends warranties to 7 years

UK: Samsung has extended the warranty on its air conditioning and heat pump products, with the warranty residing with the end user and not the installer.

The two-tier extension sees Samsung’s CAC/FJM commercial split systems (SAI-CAC) carrying a five-year warranty, and a seven-year warranty included on both its DVM VRF (SAI-DVM) and EHS heating systems (SAI-EHS).

To enact the warranty, installation needs to be carried out by a Samsung accredited installer. Samsung is offering short-courses to accreditation at its numerous training locations around the country for all F-gas qualified engineers.

The courses are free for all participants, and delegates are issued with a certificate on completion of the course. There are four different courses that installers can attend. For further information and to book a course online at a date of your choice, visit www.samsungactraining.co.uk.
