Samsung signs up service company HomeServe

UK: Samsung Climate Solutions has announced a partnership with UK service and maintenance company, HomeServe, to grow its existing heat pump service and repair network. 

HomeServe’s service plans will be available for all products covered by applicable Samsung heat pump warranty terms and conditions. 

Homeowners will be able choose from a series of HomeServe plans including annual servicing, technical support, repair services and trouble shooting.

“As more homeowners are exploring alternative heating systems, partnering with a recognised name like Samsung means customers receive trusted technology, along with thorough support,” commented Ashley Phillips, HomeServe’s chief sales officer. 

“Successful partnerships will be key in supporting the wider energy transition and we look forward to working closely with Samsung to innovate and accelerate the uptake of new home heating technology,” he added.
