Thieves mistake cold store for bouncy castle

UK: Thieves who stole an inflatable cold store from a refrigeration equipment supplier in Clacton may have mistaken it for a bouncy castle.

A report on the East Anglian Daily Times website, EADT24, says that the owners believe that the  30ft by 18ft cold store could now have been abandoned by the thieves.

The owner of the business said: “We believe it could have been taken by someone who thought it was a bouncy castle. But if they blew it up in a back garden and realised just how big it is they might want to get rid of it.”
