Unico expands UK presence

UK: Unico System, the specialist in small duct high velocity HVAC technology, has opened new visitor centres in Birmingham and London, alongside an expanded footprint in the south west.
Opened in November, the new Renewable Energy Warehouse (REW) in Cotteridge, Birmingham (above), is now home to the company’s UK headquarters. The spacious facility boasts a first-floor exhibition area to showcase the Unico System. Here, visitors can explore Unico’s all-in-one HVAC solutions and see first hand how it can be integrated with the latest heat pumps, solar panels, battery storage, and intelligent water systems.
The centre is based at Savoy Works, Pershore Road, Cotteridge, Birmingham B30 3DR, and is open to industry professionals, home and property owners. It also features a large installer training facility.
The company now also has an exhibition space for the Unico System at the London Building Centre, a renowned destination for architects and building services professionals to explore the latest technologies shaping the built environment.
Meanwhile, Unico has expanded its presence at the National Self Build & Renovation Centre (NSBRC) in Swindon. Its presence at the NSRBC has been helping to inspire self-builders and renovators since 2022.
