Williams’ employees celebrate 190 years

UK: Long-service awards have been made to eight employees who have given 190 years of service at Williams Refrigeration.

This year’s annual awards by the King’s-Lynn-based manufacturer recognised the achievements of six employees celebrating 20 years of service, one who has been at the company for 30 years and one who is celebrating their 40th year.

These achievements were commemorated with a special lunch for all staff along with a presentation of gift awards for the long-standing employees.

Staff recognised for their service were Adrian Wilkinson (40 years), Adrian Gosling (30 years), and 20-year celebrants Gary Rump, Jason Brockwell, Richard Goodacre, Teresa Boddy, Alan Wilson, and Thomas Waldron.

“I am delighted and very proud to be celebrating the long service of eight colleagues who collectively have given nearly 200 years of loyal service to Williams,” said Williams MD Tim Smith. “It is always a pleasure to see how many people stay with us for many years, their extensive knowledge and experience perfectly illustrate the high level of quality we aspire to, and clearly demonstrates the depth of expertise and skills that has made Williams’ synonymous with quality and performance.”
