AHR Expo 2016 – second largest event
31st January 2016USA: While visitor figures have not yet been released, last week’s AHR Expo in Orlando was the second largest show in the event’s long history.
The 2016 AHR Expo occupied 43,618m² of the Orange County Convention Center, 11,613m² larger than the last Orlando show in 2010.
The show featured 2,063 exhibitors, 590 of which were based outside of the United States.
Final attendance figures have not yet been released but it is thought that the disrupted travel arrangements due to snow storms on the east coast may have affected visitor footfall.
The next AHR Expo will be held from January 30 – February 1, 2017, in Las Vegas, followed by Chicago in 2018, and Atlanta in 2019.
