Aspen buys French distributor Salina

UK/FRANCE: Condensate pump manufacturer Aspen Pumps has completed the acquisition of its French distributor Salina SAS.

A leading French distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration ancillaries, the acquisition extends Aspen’s global footprint, adding an administrative office in Paris and an operational hub in Normandy.

Salina’s product offering includes Aspen’s full range of condensate removal pumps, Aspen Xtra and Big Foot Systems.

According to Aspen, Salina has been pivotal in building its position in the French market, and the acquisition is a natural development of its 20-year trading relationship.

“Salina is a great company that has built its market position through a dedication to strong brands, excellent service and customer relationships,” commented Aspen CEO Adrian Thompson.
