Beijer Ref to move Stuttgart branch

Beijer-Ref-StuttgartGERMANY: Beijer Ref Deutschland is to move its Stuttgart branch facility to a new location with over 1,000m² of warehouse and offices.

The current site in Stuttgart is the former hq of German wholesaler Werner Grün, a company that Beijer Ref acquired in 2014. The new site in the Stuttgart suburb of Ostfildern is just 8km away in Esslingen, and offers 740m² hall, 325m² of offices on a 1,500m² site.

A lease was recently signed on the site with commercial property agent Realogis. No timeline has yet been revealed for the move.

Beijer Ref Deutschland was founded in 2011 and has its headquarters in Unterschleissheim near Munich. In addition to Munich and Stuttgart, it also has branches in Düsseldorf, Nuremberg, and Leipzig.
