GERMANY: Compressor manufacturer Bitzer has renewed its distribution contract with the air conditioning and refrigeration wholesaling group Beijer Ref.

The renewed contract for 2016 and 2017 continues the successful strategic partnership, with Bitzer further extending its international customer support.

With its expanding worldwide network, the Beijer Ref trade and distribution expertise is seen as being increasingly valuable, not just in Europe, but also in Asia. Thirty-eight members of the Beijer Ref Group are part of the renewed contract.

Bitzer says that both companies want to work more closely together to improve their products and services in the various marketplaces. “This partnership improves the availability and choice of Bitzer products for Beijer Ref’s customers,” said Bitzer’s chief sales and marketing officer, Gianni Parlanti. “It combines our efficient, environmentally friendly and reliable products with our partner’s proven distribution paths and their professional customer service.”

Beijer Ref will continue to offer and promote the complete range of Bitzer products. In turn, Bitzer will support its parner with a number of measures, including training courses for the Beijer Ref team.
