Cambodia latest to ratify Kigali

CAMBODIA: The Kingdom of Cambodia has become the 118th country to ratify the Kigali amendment to phase down HFC refrigerants.
Under the agreement, Cambodia commits to cut the production and consumption of HFCs by more than 80% over the next 30 years.
