Chemours extends fake fight

USA: Chemours has upgraded its anti-counterfeiting measures on all its Freon, ISCEON and Suva refrigerants in disposable cylinders sourced from the United States.
The upgraded system will feature a newly designed label an Izon security label, a QR code and a product serial number, positioned and readable through the side cut out of the DAC box.
Scanning the QR code with a handheld reader or smart phone will open an authentication web site, where a message will appear confirming the authenticity of the product.
