Chillventa 2026 was record-breaker
16th October 2026
GERMANY: This week’s Chillventa 2026 show in Nuremberg, which closed yesterday, has been confirmed as the event’s largest yet, both in terms of exhibitor and visitor numbers.
While exact numbers have not yet been released, the organiser has reported a record number of 1,170 exhibitors, a 16% on the last event in 2024, and over 36,000 visitors, a figure in excess of 9% on 2024. More importantly, this means Chillventa 2026 was the largest ever event, beating the records achieved by the previous best-ever pre-covid exhibition in 2018.
These numbers also surpass anything achieved at the same venue by Chillventa’s predecessor, IKK, which it superseded in 2008.
Almost 60% of the attendance from this year’s show were from outside Germany, representing more than 50 countries.
The organiser of the event has revealed that all of the presentations from the specialist forums held at the show were recorded and will be available soon to watch on the Chillventa YouTube channel. The slides for the presentations will also be made available in the event planner on the Chillventa website.
The next Chillventa will take place from 10 to 12 October 2028 at the Messezentrum Nuremberg.
