Daikin opens expanded US Modular Solutions site

USA: Daikin Applied has opened its newly expanded 17,750m2 Modular Solutions facility in Phoenix.
The investment increases production capacity for custom-built hydronic and electric systems by approximately 150%. Modular Solutions are used across a variety of applications where schedule certainty and system performance are critical, including data centres, healthcare facilities, higher education campuses and industrial operations. It includes direct-to-chip Chilldyne liquid cooling distribution unitsnand DDC Solutions S-Series rack containment.

The facility expands Daikin Applied’s modular manufacturing footprint from its original 5,390m2 and features advanced environmental controls including upgraded insulation, full LED lighting and high-efficiency Daikin R32 rooftop HVAC units.
