Date change for Mostra Convegno 2018

ITALY: The dates of the next Mostra Convegno in 2018 have been changed to 13-16 March.
According to the organiser, the change of date, which brings the show forward by a week, has been made “to better tie in with the international trade show calendar”.
The reason for the change is not immediately apparent. The original stated dates of
20-23 March do not, on the face of it, appear to clash with any major HVACR shows, but there may be conflicts with its plumbing and bathroom sector.
Describing the change as “an important decision”, Massimiliano Pierini, md of organiser Reed Exhibitions Italia, said it was “based upon a closer inspection of the worldwide calendar of all trade show events and Fiera Milano Exhibition Centre availability, to further enhance the uniqueness of MCE brand and to meet the needs of businesses and professionals alike.”
Arguably the leading European packaged air conditioning show, Mostra Convegno attracted over 155,000 visitors to this year’s event, similar to the 2014 event but with an 8% increase in international visitors.
