Empire acquires foodservice rivals
7th May 2018USA: Foodservice equipment distributor Empire Equipment Company has acquired rivals TruTemp Equipment Inc and Norm’s Refrigeration.
Together, the companies create a leading wholesale distribution platform for commercial foodservice equipment with seven locations throughout the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, and West Coast.
Empire, TruTemp, and Norm’s are distribution partners for leading commercial foodservice brands including refrigeration-related brands such as Cornelius, ThermalRite, Kold Draft, Ice-O-Matic, Kelvinator, Scotsman, and True.
