Eurovent Certita looks to close control

FRANCE: Eurovent Certita Certification intends to relaunch its certification programme for close control technologies under its Eurovent Certified Performance brand.

The new programme will separate close control equipment from its general air conditioners programme, giving it its own requirements and expectations. The scope of the programme will cover all types of close control technologies and will take into account the latest European and national regulations.

A launching committee is being established to look at the specific requirements and rules that will allow the evaluation of the product, and to discuss and define the content and form of the certification. Each manufacturer of close controls is eligible to be part of the launching committee group.
