24th August 2018FRANCE: Schneider Electric has produced a free-to-download white paper on the different types of refrigeration compressor.
The French multinational energy management company maintains that there is much confusion in the marketplace about different cooling compressor types and their characteristics. It also points out that no single compressor type is ideal for all applications.
In this paper, directed at the data centre industry, Paul Lin, senior research analyst, and Victor Avelar, director and senior research analyst with Schneider Electric’s Data Centre Science Centre define each of the types. Their various benefits and limitations are listed – along with a discussion of their practical applications.
