Haier signs Austrian distribution deal

AUSTRIA: Haier HVAC Solutions Europe has appointed Frigentis GmbH as an official distributor in Austria.

Based in Wiesen, 70km south of Vienna, Frigentis is a newly formed company headed by Josef Kremser, former head of AC and heat pump sales for FläktGroup Austria.

Frigentis offers a comprehensive one-stop solution for air conditioning It operates a B2B web shop, offers tailor-made quotations for individual projects, practical planning support, in-depth technical consultation, and troubleshooting. 

Marcel Schut, business development manager of Haier HVAC Solutions ROE described the deal as an important step in further strengthening Haier’s position in Austria. 

“Frigentis contributes excellent technical expertise, a strong understanding of the professional market, and a clear focus on customer service. We believe this cooperation will enable us to deliver innovative and competitive HVAC solutions to installers, planners, and investors in Austria, while creating a solid platform for sustainable long-term growth,” he said.
