Man killed in refrigeration plant fire
25th March 2015INDIA: A worker at the government’s Jaipur Dairy in Bajaj Nagar was burnt alive when the refrigeration plant caught fire on Monday.
According to the Times of India, the fire is thought to have been caused by a short circuit in the plant’s electricity supply. The fire led to a leak of ammonia refrigerant and an explosion in the plant.
Another employee sustained serious injuries when he jumped from the third floor of the building to save himself from the flames.
