Mauritania ratifies the Kigali Amendment

MAURITANIA: The Islamic Republic of Mauritania has become the 170th country to ratify, accept or approve the Kigali Amendment to phase down HFCs.

Under the agreement, Mauritania pledges to cut the production and consumption of HFCs by more than 80% by 2045.

The countries to have announced ratification, acceptance or approval to the Kigali Amendment in date order are:
