McCann is new A-Gas Australia md

AUSTRALIA: Louise McCann has been appointed md of A-Gas Australia with effect from July 1.
Louise (right) has been with A-Gas for over 10 years, most recently as commercial director. During this time she played a key role in the restructuring, broadening and rebalancing of A-Gas’ customer portfolio, including the commercialisation of the company’s Environmental Services business.
During this time, she is also said to have developed a very extensive knowledge of the Australian refrigeration and hvac market.
In her new role Louise will report directly to Group ceo Andrew Ambrose.
In a statement, Ambrose said: “Louise’s appointment follows a challenging period within the Australian market against a backdrop of regulatory uncertainty, during this period we have been extremely fortunate to have had the experience of Grahame Gordon as our interim managing director, helping set the business direction.
“Grahame has been an enthusiastic and passionate leader of the A-Gas business and for the balance of 2015 will continue to have operational accountability for A-Gas Rural and will also continue to mentor the Australian management team as he reverts to his non-executive role.”
