MCE 2026 underlines international standing

ITALY: The MCE Mostra Convegno Expocomfort in Milan in March attracted an exceptional turnout of international visitors, according to show figures just released by the organiser.
Of the 120,622 visitors to the four-day event, 35% came from abroad, representing 125 countries.
An analysis of those visitors shows that 38.4% came from Western Europe, led by Germany and Spain, 26.6% from Central Europe, with Poland once again the most represented country, and an increase in visitors from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
There was also strong attendance from outside Europe, with Asia accounting for 29.7% of participants, marking an increase compared to previous editions, driven primarily by China. This was followed by Africa with notable growth from Mediterranean countries including Morocco, Egypt, Algeria and Tunisia and the Americas, represented by the United States and Canada in North America, as well as Brazil and Chile in South America.
A total of 214 international delegations from 34 countries took part in the event, also reflecting growth compared to previous editions.
