Mozambique is latest to ratify Kigali

MOZAMBIQUE: The Republic of Mozambique has become the first country in the new decade, and 92nd country overall, to ratify the Kigali Amendment to phase down HFC refrigerants.
Under the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, countries commit to cut the production and consumption of HFCs by more than 80% over the next 30 years.
