Oscar winner Freeman is face of Tadiran

ISRAEL: Oscar-winning US actor Morgan Freeman has become the face of Israeli air conditioning manufacturer Tadiran.
The 81-year-old, who has starred in box office hits including The Shawshank Redemption, Million Dollar Baby, Street Smart, Invictus and Driving Miss Daisy, is appearing all over Israeli billboards and television screens this month promoting Tadiran air conditioners.
The 56-second TV commercial humorously connects Freeman with his role as God in the film Bruce Almighty and currently as a narrator in the National Geographic documentary The Story of God.
Tadiran’s air conditioning business was formerly owned by US manufacturer Carrier, before being sold to Israeli white goods distributor Crystal Consumer Products in 2009.
