CHINA: Russian refrigeration company Thermocool has been selected by compressor manufacturer Bitzer for its Outstanding Green Point Award.

Based in Moscow, Thermocool is a member of Bitzer’s Green Point service network that maintains, overhauls and repairs Bitzer compressors. The network consists of companies who have long-standing partnerships with Green Point.

Thermocool opened its Bitzer repair workshop in 2002 and has repaired more than 3,000 compressors since then.

Presenting the award at the Green Point Conference in Beijing last month, Philippe Maratuech, Bitzer’s managing director Green Point and director services and after-sales, thanked Thermocool for its long-standing partnership and their loyalty.

Thermocool engineer Sergei Demidov revealed that, since joining the Green Point network, its sales had increased by 35%.
